Starter cultures for dairies

Starter cultures from the «Vector-BiAlgam» company — are direct addition products. Our assortment includes ferments for the production of traditional fermented milk products - such as sour cream, fermented baked milk or yogurt, and ferments for the preparation of fermented milk products enriched with probiotic microorganisms.
