Lysates

Biotechnological product of the decay of cell walls of probiotic microorganisms (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, propionic acid bacteria), as well as products of their metabolism in milk whey.

We obtain third generation bacterial lysates by enzymatic hydrolysis. This ensures the elimination of toxic effects in lysates of bifido-, lacto- and propionic acid bacteria, preserving free amino acids and vitamins.

Lysates contain short-chain peptides, free amino acids, polysaccharides (glucose, xylatose, galactose), a certain amount of volatile fatty acids, a large amount of B vitamins, vitamins C, PP, folic acid and, of course, the bacteria themselves, broken down to small fractions of cytoplasms, cell walls (peptidoglycans).

Lysate of bifidobacteria liquid «BifiLiz»

Consists of 6 strains of bifidobacteria species: Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis.

Lysate of lactobacilli liquid «LactoLiz»

Contains from 6 to 8 strains of lactobacilli species: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Str. thermophilus.

Lysate of propionic acid bacteria liquid «PropioLiz»

Contains 2 strains of propionic acid bacteria of the species Propionibacterium shermani.
Ingredients: whey, hydrolyzate of the cell wall of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli or lactic acid bacteria, monoglycerides.
In the composition, at the request of the customer and depending on the purpose of the lysates, a preservative - sorbic acid can be used.
