Contract manufacturing of injectables
JSC «Vector-BiAlgam» provides contract manufacturing services for the preparation and bottling of injectable pharmaceuticals (including vaccines, serums, toxoids, antidotes, vitamins, preparations based on recombinant proteins, etc.) in syringe doses, ampoules and vials at our own production facilities.
The company performs the following cycle of works
- preparation (preparation of the finished form of the drug from the pharmaceutical substance);
- bottling of in-bulk preparations in accordance with GMP standards, labeling, packaging;
- full compliance with the technological cycle and quality control of finished products in accordance with customer requirements.
The bottling production area includes a line for bottling injections into syringe doses and a combined ampoule-vial line.
Annual capacity of the bottling line:
- more than 7 million ampoules with a capacity of 2 ml (0.5, 1 or 2 ml filling)
- more than 7 million 1 ml syringes (0.5 or 1 ml filling)
- more than 4 million 5 ml vials (filling in 2 or 5 ml)
The company has a staff of highly qualified personnel, as well as many years of experience with injection molds. Production facilities allow us to implement both large-scale orders of large companies and small batches of drugs. Methodological support and proper production conditions will ensure high quality control, compliance with strict technological standards and prompt execution of the contract.
